My Story
So far I’ve trained with Adam in group sessions and 1 on 1 personal trainings. I’ve also had Adam training a junior lacrosse team which I coach and all the kids really enjoyed these sessions. Adam shows an expert knowledge level on weight training, Mma training and techniques, injury management and speed and footwork training. You don’t get bored when training with Adam because he is always looking to learn new things to use at training. Adam is perfect if you want to improve your overall strength, speed, agility and training knowledge in an efficient manner.
